Texas District Youth Committee announces an appointment of new regional representive for Southern region. For next two years, Kelly Havard of Lufkin, TX will serve us on this capacity.
Kelly is a native of Lufkin, and serves as the Youth Pastor at Eastview UPC in Lufkin, TX. He is married to Wendy, and have 2 beautiful children.

Texas District Youth Committee announces an appointment of new regional representive for Northern region. For next two years, Rev Chad Flowers of Mesquite, TX will serve us on this capacity.
Since 2007, Chad has been serving as the full-time Youth Pastor at Emmanuel Pentecostal Church in Mesquite, TX. Chad pastors a tremendous group of junior high, senior high, and college age students, and can be found speaking to them on Wednesday evenings in the EPC Chapel during the weekly youth service. Prior to joining our staff, Chad evangelized throughout Texas and surrounding states. He holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University.
Chad and his wife, Mendy, have been married since 2005, and are the proud parents of Jadyn McKenzie, born December 20, 2008. When he can find the time, he enjoys scuba diving, going to the park with his family, and sleeping!
